Create the metal object you need, up to 4 feet wide by 8 feet long, and up to 1/2 inch thick. A sign, a part, a tool: we can design it, and cut it out.
Our plasma cutting dimensional accuracy is generally within 1/32 of an inch for each 1/8 inch of material thickness. Plasma cutting creates a slightly beveled edge which is more and more noticeable the thicker the metal used, and therefore dimensional accuracy is affected by the thickness of the metal.
CNC plasma cutting is a great option for quickly and efficiently cutting out all sorts of metals with relatively-high intricacy.
